French White
Fresh apple, lemon and quince define the profile. Roussanne grown on loess soils forms the entire wine. Fermentation and maturation take place in oak, half of it new. The wine is full-bodied, dry and lightly oaked. It is bottled at 13.5 percent alcohol. The low-yielding Roussanne develops in small, tightly packed bunches. Finesse and delicacy are also present.

French Wine
Black olive and smoked bacon give the first impression a dark, savoury tone, followed by crushed blackberry, graphite and violet. The palate is dense but not jammy, with concentrated fruit held by firm, fine-grained tannins. A clear mineral line keeps the power focused, and the finish is exceptionally long, elegant and floral. Decant well before serving with venison, braised beef or aged hard cheese.

French Wine
Blackberry and cassis are joined by smoked red fruit, cedar, cigar wrapper, dried flowers and peppery thyme. The palate is concentrated and richly textured, with firm tannins, mineral depth and a savoury line of flint, tar and Provençal herbs. The structure remains substantial, but the mature aromatics are expressive. Decant carefully and serve with roast lamb, venison, braised beef or lentils with smoked sausage.

French Red
Crème de cassis and black raspberry lead, layered with crushed rock, liquorice and a subtle savoury note. The palate is powerful and full-bodied, with concentrated dark fruit wrapped in ripe, steadily building tannins. Vanilla and spice add depth without softening the wine's mineral focus or its exceptionally long finish.
