Smoky stone fruit, citrus peel and a saline edge sit over a firm mineral core. Old-vine Listán Blanco from high Tenerife slopes receives partial skin contact before fermentation and élevage in concrete and seasoned barrique. A flor-influenced portion adds savoury depth without obscuring the fresh fruit. The dry, layered palate finishes with salt, gentle spice and a stony lift that suits grilled fish, shellfish and roast vegetables.
