Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc are blended in equal proportions from chalk and clay soils. Lime, grapefruit and exotic fruit accompany a pale-yellow colour with silver and green tints. Crisp freshness, roundness, acidity and a fruity finish are also present. Production includes skin contact, low-temperature maceration, controlled fermentation, lees ageing with stirring and cool tank storage.

About Pierrick Harang
Pierrick Harang’s family has worked in the wine business for five generations. After studying winemaking in Montpellier, he built a career combining technical consulting with wines made under his own direction. Working in partnership with Celliers Jean d’Alibert in Languedoc, he draws on vineyards across Pays d’Oc and guides the wines from grape to bottle.
