Ripe red fruit, floral notes and a mineral core sit alongside Barbera’s bright acidity and freshness. The fruit comes from calcareous-clay soils in Monferrato and is harvested from late September into early October. Fermentation takes place in concrete before stabilization in stainless steel. This dry red is made entirely from Barbera and carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
