Nonino Optima Aged Grappa 700 mL

Pale amber and gently aromatic, with vanilla, soft oak and a clean grape-led core. White and red pomace from Friuli is distilled separately before blending, then rested in barriques and small casks for a rounded, elegant texture. The finish is warm, delicate and dry. Serve at cellar temperature after dinner, ideally in a tulip-shaped glass.

About Nonino Distillatori
The Nonino family has distilled in Friuli since 1897, when Orazio Nonino established the family's first distillery. The distillery moved to Percoto in 1928. Women have played a central role in its history, from Silvia Nonino’s stewardship to sisters Cristina, Antonella and Elisabetta today.
A decisive turn came in 1973, when Benito and Giannola Nonino introduced a grappa distilled from the pomace of a single grape variety, Picolit.
