Honeyed concentration shapes the opening, with mandarin, grapefruit and quince set against brown butter. The wine is dry, and full oak fermentation adds another layer to the fruit-led profile. Citrus and quince continue through the palate, followed again by the brown-butter note. The finish is long and lingering, moving from the documented fruit and oak-fermentation character toward a distinct stone-like close.
