Sella & Mosca 2021 Cannonau di Sardegna Riserva
Cherries and dark berries meet herbs, smoke and sun-dried tomato on a savoury, Mediterranean-leaning nose. The palate is medium-bodied and lightly peppery, with subtle minerality, polished tannins and a measured touch of spice. Blueberry and dark chocolate add depth before a tasty, composed finish. A natural match for roast lamb, sausages or mushroom dishes.
Sella & Mosca 2021 La Cala Vermentino di Sardegna
Fresh pear, golden apple and lemon open a crisp, composed Vermentino, with a seashell-like mineral note bringing definition. The medium-bodied palate carries crunchy stone fruit and clean citrus through a bright, dry finish. Serve well chilled with grilled prawns, fried calamari, summer salads or simply prepared white fish.
Argiolas 2024 Costamolino Vermentino di Sardegna
Ripe lemon, green apple, papaya and passion fruit appear with flowers, light honey and fresh herbs. The palate is fresh and dry, with mineral notes, spice and a clean finish. Vermentino accounts for 95 percent of the blend, and the vines grow on Sardinian hills around 190 metres. Production includes controlled-temperature fermentation for twenty days and a brief period on fine lees.
Argiolas 2021 Costera Cannonau di Sardegna
Dark ruby colour shows garnet nuances. Ripe cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and red plum appear with delicate spice, myrtle and Mediterranean herbs. Ripe, juicy fruit and velvety tannins lead to a soft, fruity finish. The blend combines ninety percent Cannonau with five percent Bovale and five percent Carignano. Fermentation and maceration take place at controlled temperature for ten to twelve days.
Tenute Vignola 2024 S’Inventu Cannonau di Sardegna DOC
Deep ruby colour with garnet shades accompanies red-fruit, balsamic and Mediterranean-scrub notes. The palate is fruity, decisive and persistent, with round, smooth tannins. Cannonau is harvested by hand in crates, then crushed and destemmed. A forty-eight-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration precedes fermentation lasting approximately ten to twelve days. The grapes come from Sardinia’s Gallura area. Alcohol is thirteen and a half percent.
Tenute Vignola 2023 Jagamu Vermentino di Gallura DOCG
Intense straw yellow with golden reflections accompanies yellow flowers, ripe fruit, citrus and delicate sweet notes. The palate has mineral freshness, pronounced savouriness and an elegant, silky texture. Vermentino is hand-harvested in small crates, refrigerated overnight and pressed as whole clusters without crushing or destemming. Only free-run juice is used. It settles at 7°C for seventy-two hours before about two weeks of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel.
Agricola Punica 2016 Montessu Isola dei Nuraghi 1.5 L
Deep ruby in colour, with intense fruit aromas and liquorice. The palate is elegant and full-bodied. The blend is 60% Carignan, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah each at 10%. Dark berry, lavender and black tea add further detail. Round, velvety tannins and a flavourful finish accompany the wine’s juicy, deep Sardinian profile.
Panevino Alvas Bianco
Stone fruit and citrus open a broad, golden-hued white, with floral, herbal and gently spiced notes adding complexity. The palate is textured rather than crisp and simple, shaped by extended skin contact and a quiet mineral edge. Acacia ageing brings subtle breadth while fresh acidity keeps the fruit from feeling heavy. A light, savoury grip carries the finish. Serve cool with grilled vegetables, firm fish, roast poultry or washed-rind cheese.
Benalonga Mirto Rosso Sardinian Myrtle Liqueur
Purple-red in colour, this traditional Sardinian liqueur layers ripe myrtle berry with red fruit, blueberry and gentle balsamic notes. The palate is soft, warming and lightly sweet, with a subtle astringent-bitter edge keeping the fruit focused. Serve chilled but not frozen after dinner, pour over ice, or pair with dark chocolate, berry desserts, almond biscuits and aged cheese.
