Stone fruit and citrus open a broad, golden-hued white, with floral, herbal and gently spiced notes adding complexity. The palate is textured rather than crisp and simple, shaped by extended skin contact and a quiet mineral edge. Acacia ageing brings subtle breadth while fresh acidity keeps the fruit from feeling heavy. A light, savoury grip carries the finish. Serve cool with grilled vegetables, firm fish, roast poultry or washed-rind cheese.

About Panevino
Panevino is Gianfranco Manca’s cellar at Nurri in Sardinia. His vineyards include Nuragus, Semidano, Vernaccia and Retallada among their Sardinian varieties. Manca follows biodynamic farming practices and keeps intervention in the cellar to a minimum.
