The palate is round yet energetic, its generous fruit tightened by crunchy acidity and a distinctly chalky, stony mineral line. Fine bubbles carry the Pinot Noir depth without obscuring the dry, precise shape. The finish is brisk, savoury and persistent. Serve in white-wine glasses with roast chicken, shellfish or aged Comté.
