Palacio de Sada 2020 Garnacha Navarra
Brambles and spiced cherry lead, joined by plum, mountain herbs and a restrained touch of dusty oak. The palate opens broadly, then gathers freshness as the acidity builds through the fruit. Blue-flower and violet notes add lift, while a gentle sweetness of texture softens the edges and carries the wine into an elegant, balanced finish.
Pagos de Araiz 2023 Joven Navarra
Intense cherry-red colour shows purple edges. Ripe red-fruit aromas lead to a fresh, balanced palate with clean fruit and a silky finish. Tempranillo forms sixty percent of the blend, with Garnacha accounting for the remainder. Fermentation lasts fifteen days with daily pigeage and remontage below 26 degrees Celsius, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel before blending, clarification and bottling.
Bodegas Agronavarra Agramont Graciano 2021
Wild strawberry, liquorice, white pepper and clove appear with vanilla and toffee. The palate has soft tannins, energetic acidity and a long finish. Made entirely from Graciano in Navarra, Spain, the wine has an intense ruby-red colour with a violet rim. It contains thirteen-point-seven percent alcohol. Fermentation is temperature-controlled, and barrel ageing lasts four months.
Aroa 2018 Le Naturel Blanco Navarra
Intense straw-yellow colour with green and light golden hues accompanies tropical fruit, ripe pip fruit, citrus, mineral notes and white flowers. The palate combines persistent acidity, creaminess, a sweet background, light bitterness and a persistent finish. Garnacha Blanca and other varieties are grown organically on calcareous clay soils. The grapes are hand-harvested, pressed gently and fermented with natural yeasts below 16 degrees Celsius. Alcohol is 13.5 percent.
Chivite 2019 Finca Legardeta Garnacha
Ruby red colour with violet hues accompanies raspberry, strawberry and caramelised apple. The palate is medium-bodied, with refreshing acidity and a balanced profile. The blend is entirely Garnacha. The wine spent twelve months in French oak. It contains 14.5% alcohol, with pH 3.4, total acidity of 5.48 grams per litre and residual sugar of 1.8 grams per litre.
Chivite 2024 Finca Legardeta Chardonnay
Ripe white fruit, citrus peel and acacia blossom accompany mineral notes and restrained oak. The Chardonnay is creamy and fresh, with a full, glyceric texture and persistent flavour. Fruit comes from approximately twenty vineyard parcels at Finca Legardeta in Villatuerta, on clay-silt and limestone soils. A short maceration and gentle pressing precede fermentation in stainless steel and French oak, with about five months on the lees.
Chivite 2021 Colección 125 Gran Vino Blanco
Pale yellow colour has green tones. Ripe white fruit, citrus, acacia flower and bakery notes form an intense, complex aromatic profile. The palate is unctuous, dense and silky, with freshness. Chardonnay was harvested by hand, briefly macerated and pressed at low pressure. Fermentation and twelve months of ageing took place in French oak barrels with the lees in suspension. Alcohol is fourteen percent.
Baines Pacharán de Arañón
Ripe sloe berries lead with cherry, blackberry and other red- and dark-fruit tones, balanced by gentle anise sweetness. The palate is smooth and velvety, with subtle herbal detail, liquorice and measured spice adding shape. Natural tartness keeps the liqueur from feeling overly sweet, and the finish stays fresh. Serve well chilled or over ice after a meal, or use a small pour to deepen a sparkling or tonic-based cocktail.
Chivite 2023 Las Fincas Rosado
Wild strawberry and raspberry lead, with rose petals and a subtle stony note adding finesse. The palate is silky and poised, carrying crisp red fruit through bright acidity to a long, clean, savoury finish. Its balance suits grilled prawns, salmon, charcuterie, tomato salads or lightly spiced Mediterranean dishes.
Bodegas Artazu 2007 Santa Cruz de Artazu
Ripe red berries open with cream, warm spice and a light touch of leather. Concentrated berry fruit carries through the palate, framed by juicy acidity and a firm but measured structure. Savoury detail emerges on the finish, adding depth without overwhelming the fruit. Serve with roast lamb, braised beef or grilled mushrooms.
