AboutLicores Baines

Licores Baines began making spirits and liqueurs in Pamplona’s Rochapea district in 1844. The family added cherry anisette and pacharán to the range in 1959. Still a family company, Baines now specializes in pacharán.

For its pacharán, Baines works with sloe growers in western Navarra, following the crop from flowering to harvest and inspecting the fruit before maceration. Baines is a certified producer of Pacharán Navarro.

Baines Pacharán de Arañón

Spanish Spirits
$61.99
Ripe sloe berries lead with cherry, blackberry and other red- and dark-fruit tones, balanced by gentle anise sweetness. The palate is smooth and velvety, with subtle herbal detail, liquorice and measured spice adding shape. Natural tartness keeps the liqueur from feeling overly sweet, and the finish stays fresh. Serve well chilled or over ice after a meal, or use a small pour to deepen a sparkling or tonic-based cocktail.

Licores Baines Sadar Crema de Licor de Orujo

Spanish Liqueur
$58.99
A soft, enveloping cream liqueur built on traditional grape-marc spirit and a smooth dairy base. Light toffee colour signals the rich texture, while gentle sweetness and a clean spirit warmth carry through the dense, creamy palate. Serve well chilled or over ice, pour alongside coffee, or pair with almond cake, flan, dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts.
