Ca’ del Bosco 2014 Annamaria Clementi Riserva Dosage Zéro Franciacorta
Golden and finely beaded, with baked apple, ripe stone fruit and freshly made pastry layered over acacia honey, wet stone and discreet oak spice. The palate is creamy yet controlled, adding hazelnut, ginger, almond and bitter lemon around a firm mineral core. Long lees ageing brings depth without sacrificing precision, leaving an elegant, savoury finish.
Enrico Gatti NV Franciacorta DOCG Brut
Bread crust, green apple and pear lead, joined by pineapple, citrus and a gentle floral note. The palate is fresh and well balanced, with fine persistent bubbles and a crisp line of acidity carrying almond, honey and hazelnut. Toasted nuances and a savoury mineral touch shape an elegant, lingering finish.
Mamete Prevostini 2022 Botonero Alpi Retiche Rosso
Bright ruby colour with moderate transparency accompanies cherry, currant, strawberry, rose and violet. The flavour is fresh and the wine is medium-bodied. Nebbiolo grows in the province of Sondrio on south-facing sites between 300 and 700 metres, over sandy and silty decomposed granite. Skin maceration lasts six days. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and about eight months of maturation in stainless steel.

Maturation includes three months in steel, twelve months in barrel and nine months in bottle.
Tenuta Mazzolino 2022 Noir Pinot Nero dell’Oltrepò Pavese
Deep, bright ruby colour has a garnet edge. Raspberry, pomegranate, tree bark, earth and white pepper develop into curry spice and tart red cherry. Roasted red berries appear with earthy and floral notes. The palate has silky texture, supple tannins, juicy acidity and concentrated fruit. Pinot Nero comes from the Regina vineyard, with clay-loam topsoil, sand veins and chalky bedrock. Maturation lasts twelve months in 228-litre pièces.
Barbacan 2016 Livèl Valtellina Superiore Valgella DOCG
Concentrated red cherry and black plum appear with firm tannins and a long finish. Nebbiolo comes from the Livèl vineyard in Valgella, set between 550 and 600 metres above sea level. The site faces south and has sandy, siliceous soils with mica schist and granite intrusions. Its old vines are harvested by hand, and fermentation uses indigenous yeasts.
Barbacan 2022 Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG
Chiavennasca and Rossolini come from the Farasciöle, Sant’Antonio and Curnàl vineyards. The sandy parcels face south at an altitude of seven hundred metres. Grapes are harvested by hand into boxes, with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts and a ninety-day maceration. The wine is neither filtered nor clarified. Farming is certified organic. Barrel maturation lasts fifteen months, and bottle maturation lasts six months.
Barbacan 2019 Jazpémi Valtellina Superiore Valgella
Raspberry, cherry and spice accompany warm, full tannins, granitic minerality and acidity. Fruit comes from the namesake vineyard, which has southern exposure, abundant sunlight and old vines. Rounder and fuller than its sibling cuvée, the wine combines elegance and complexity. The wine is classically Nebbiolo and carries the Valtellina Superiore Valgella designation in Italy’s Lombardy region.
Lo Sparviere 2016 Franciacorta Brut Millesimato
Green-yellow colour with silver highlights accompanies hazelnut, candied fruit and apple peel. The palate is creamy, direct and linear, while the finish highlights acidity and fruit. Made from Chardonnay and farmed organically, the wine is Brut. The estate’s vineyards lie in Monticelli Brusati and Provaglio d’Iseo, on calcareous marl with mineral-rich sedimentary clay for Franciacorta.
Tenuta Mazzolino 2024 Terrazze Pinot Nero
This Pinot Nero comes from Lombardy. The estate calls it its village expression and describes it as the whole hill in one bottle. The wine matures for six months in stainless steel and carries 13 percent alcohol. It is produced in Italy under the Pinot Nero dell’Oltrepò Pavese DOC. The winery is located in Corvino San Quirico.
Sandro Fay 2020 Costa Bassa Valtellina Superiore Valgella
Fresh berry fruit accompanies a medium-bodied red with soft tannins and low acidity. Nebbiolo, locally called Chiavennasca, comes from terraced Valgella vineyards that rise from the valley floor to 450 metres near Teglio. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation and twelve months of maturation follow in oak casks. The finished wine carries 12.5 percent alcohol.
Costaripa Brut Rosé NV
Fine, persistent bubbles rise through a pale antique-pink colour. The nose is rounded and expressive, combining ripe fruit, forest berries, vanilla and redcurrant. Chardonnay provides most of the blend, while Pinot Noir adds colour and red-fruit detail; partial fermentation in small white-oak casks brings gentle texture. The finish remains poised and fruit-led, with subtle vanilla and a steady, refined mousse.
Roscato NV Rosso Dolce Sweet Red Wine
Ripe red fruit opens with clear cherry and strawberry, giving the wine a generous, immediately appealing profile. The palate is delicately sweet and smooth, with gentle effervescence bringing freshness and lift. Its lively frizzante texture keeps the fruit bright rather than heavy. Soft and easy-flowing through the centre, it closes with lingering red berries, measured sweetness and a clean, lightly sparkling finish.
Costaripa 2018 Molmenti Valtènesi Rosé
Full and generous on the nose, with a rich, substantial palate shaped by both texture and lively acidity. Time in tonneaux adds breadth and quiet structure without making the wine feel heavy. This is a serious, composed rosé with enough presence for food; serve it with smoke and char, salt-crusted fish, saffron risotto or gently spiced dishes.
1701 NV Sullerba Pét-Nat
Fresh and lightly hazy, with white peach and mature citrus giving the palate a bright, open feel. Fine bubbles and lively acidity keep the texture energetic, while a gentle leesy creaminess brings softness through the middle. A subtle savoury, briny note shapes the dry finish. Serve well chilled with oysters, fried seafood, soft cheeses or vegetable antipasti.
