Pedro Parra y Familia 2015 Pencopolitano

Chilean Red
$44.99

Grapes from forty-five- to one-hundred-and-twenty-year-old vines include Cinsault, Carignan, Malbec, Syrah, Carmenere and Pais, drawn from Southern Chile’s Itata and Maule regions at two hundred fifty to three hundred fifty metres. Red granite, sandy and quartz soils underpin the sites. Each component is fermented with native yeast in stainless steel and cement before blending. Pitch, black raspberry, thorns and earthy character meet tight minerality, with cassis grip on the finish.

Ignacio Pino Román 2024 Naranjo

Chilean White
$46.99

Hay, orange blossom, citrus, dried apricot, yellow rose and dried herbs appear in this skin-macerated wine. It is dry and medium-bodied, with floral and citrus flavours, medium acidity, a bitter edge and a herbal finish. Made entirely from Muscat of Alexandria, the wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol. The grapes come from Chile’s Itata Valley.

Leonardo Erazo 2019 Árbol Arriba Torontel

Chilean White
$41.99

Perfumed and floral, with a fragrant, lifted nose that gives way to a more structured palate. Old-vine fruit brings concentration, while firm backbone and a long, linear shape keep the wine precise. Tension, vibrancy and freshness carry the finish. Serve chilled with ceviche, grilled prawns or herb-led vegetable dishes.
