Côte de Nuits

Pale salmon colour accompanies wild strawberry, redcurrant and a hint of white pepper. This dry rosé is made entirely from Pinot Noir and has a structured, gastronomic profile. The wine is fresh, pleasant and fruit-driven, with body. A brief skin maceration precedes fermentation and maturation in tank. Fruit comes from Marsannay in the Côte de Nuits.
