Red fruit and a light wine-vinegar note open the aroma, followed by grape, caramel and cinnamon. The palate is rounded and bittersweet, with blackcurrant bringing a darker fruit core while tannin and warm spice provide shape. Caramelized sugar softens the edges without obscuring the fresh, tangy finish. Serve over ice with orange or grapefruit peel, lengthen with tonic, or use it in a non-alcoholic Negroni, Manhattan, Boulevardier or Americano.
