Salmon pink in colour, with rose petal and fresh strawberry giving the nose gentle lift. The palate is dry, clean and easy-moving, carrying soft red-fruit flavour through a fresh, composed finish. Light and elegant rather than overtly sweet, it is made for relaxed drinking without feeling anonymous. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or alongside summer salads, prawns and lightly grilled vegetables.
