Dark crimson and generous in style, with blackberry, blueberry and plum layered with pepper, dried herbs and savoury spice. The palate is full-bodied but approachable, its ripe fruit balanced by fresh acidity and supple tannins. A lightly earthy, peppery finish keeps the wine grounded and food-friendly. Serve with burgers, grilled lamb, mushroom dishes or smoky aubergine.
