Fresh herbs and green pepper lead a lively aroma, lifted by clean citrus. The palate is smooth and gently sweet, with cooked agave, lime and subtle smoky notes framed by a light grassy edge. Peppery spice gives the middle definition without overwhelming the fruit. A soft honey note rounds the clean finish. Serve chilled, over ice, or in a bright citrus-led cocktail.
