Dried fruit and sun-warmed citrus zest lead a composed aroma, with honey, vanilla and salted dark chocolate adding depth. The palate is rich yet balanced, layering cinnamon, treacle toffee and dark spice over smooth malt. Coastal brine keeps the sweetness focused and extends the flavours. The finish is elegant, warming and persistent. Serve neat or with a few drops of water after dinner.
