Baking spice, underbrush, charcoal, pomegranate and red berry accompany fine tannins and a long finish. Additional details include baked cherry, raspberry jam, plum, wood and sarsaparilla. The barrel-selected Pinot Noir comes from McLean Creek Vineyard in Okanagan Falls. It matures for eleven months in French oak puncheons and barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
