Gentian, wormwood and cinchona bring an appetizing, tonic-like edge, balanced by subtle sweetness and a clean vinous frame. Serve well chilled over ice with a splash of soda and orange peel, or use it in a Vesper, Corpse Reviver No. 2 or low-alcohol aperitif.
