The palate is broad but balanced, with clove and cinnamon adding warmth while botanical bitterness checks the sweetness. A lingering bittersweet finish returns to citrus and spice. Serve lightly chilled over ice, or use it to add depth and structure to a Negroni, Manhattan or Milano-Torino.
