Silky caramel and cinnamon lead a rich, composed aroma, followed by sweet orange, vanilla, treacle and raisin bread. The palate is rounded and gently sweet, with oak and warm baking spice giving the fruit measured structure. Nothing dominates the centre. The finish is concise but clean, leaving caramel, peppery spice, vanilla and a final touch of orange peel.
