Peach, apricot and green apple lead, with citrus, ginger and a light floral lift. The palate is fresh and lively, combining ripe stone fruit with a subtle pine-herb note and a clean mineral edge. Bright acidity keeps the blend crisp through an orange-zest finish, making it an easy match for salads, goat cheese, grilled prawns or lightly spiced dishes.

About Monster Vineyards
Monster Vineyards is a Holler-family winery in the Okanagan whose first wines were released in 2006. Its name and playful labels refer to the legendary creature of Okanagan Lake.
Grapes come from sites around Osoyoos, Skaha and Penticton. The winery makes red and white wines, rosé and sparkling wine.
