Deep ruby with violet reflections, opening on plum, forest berries, dark chocolate, leather and licorice. The palate is full and velvety, bringing generous dark fruit and savoury depth through a long, persistent finish. A blend led by Montepulciano with Aglianico, it is well suited to braised meats, game, rich pasta or mature cheese.

About Di Majo Norante
The Di Majo family has made wine in Campomarino, in coastal Molise, since the nineteenth century. Alessio Di Majo followed Luigi in leading the estate, which grows its own grapes on 123 hectares.
Its southern Italian varieties include Tintilia, Aglianico, Montepulciano, Falanghina and Greco. Organic vineyard practices include natural fertilizers and ground cover of grasses and flowers. The team limits yields and selects bunches by hand for ripeness and condition.
