Deeply coloured but notably light on its feet, with dark berries, bramble and fresh herbs carried by vivid mineral and citrus-toned acidity. The palate is lively and layered rather than heavy, bringing fine texture and an energetic, savoury finish. A distinctive old-vine red for charcuterie, roast mushrooms, sausages or lentil dishes.

About Brand Bros
Brand Bros is the fifth-generation Bockenheim winery of brothers Daniel and Jonas Brand, who began making natural wine in 2014. Their vineyards sit at the northern end of the Pfalz. The brothers farm organically and regeneratively, using herbal preparations and ground-cover plants to encourage healthy soils and insect life.
Fermentations begin spontaneously with native yeasts, followed by extended time on the lees; bottling is decided by taste rather than a fixed calendar. Their natural wines are made without additives or filtration. Their grandmother Helga has drawn the label illustrations from the start, including a tribute to a village grower who tended one parcel before passing it to the brothers.
