A fresh Rioja Blanco with citrus blossom, green apple and pear, lifted by fennel, white flowers and restrained stone fruit. The palate is clean and vibrant, with bright acidity and a fine mineral edge carrying the fruit. Crisp and dry on the finish, it is a versatile choice for grilled fish, shellfish, salads or lightly dressed vegetable dishes.

About Gómez Cruzado
Ángel Gómez de Arteche founded the bodega in Haro in 1886. Ángel and Jesús Gómez Cruzado bought the property in 1916 and gave the house the name it carries today. The Baños family, originally from Badarán and with ties to Mexico, became owners around 2000.
Vineyard work reaches almost one hundred supervised plots across Rioja Alta and Alavesa, including old bush-trained sites in Sierra Cantabria and Alto Najerilla. Soils range from limestone-rich clay beneath Sierra Cantabria to iron-rich clay in the high vineyards of Alto Najerilla. The Alto Najerilla vineyards include Grenache vines more than eighty years old.
