Cherry and violet lead into light herbal and chocolate notes. Partial barrel maturation lends a smooth, rounded texture without obscuring the fruit. Dry, harmonious and medium-bodied, the palate is supported by gentle tannins and a balanced finish. Serve at a cool room temperature with pasta, braised pork, pizza or spinach cannelloni.
