Walnut, fresh pastry and ripe orchard fruit unfold over lemon peel and a pronounced chalky mineral line. The palate is full-bodied and layered yet remains energetic, with bright acidity carrying citrus oil, white pepper and savoury depth through a long, dry and saline finish. Concentrated but controlled, it is a natural match for lobster, scallops, roast poultry or aged Comté.

About Champagne Pascal Agrapart
Champagne Pascal Agrapart is an Avize grower-producer with holdings concentrated in the Chardonnay-planted grand cru villages of the Côte des Blancs. Vineyards are ploughed and nourished with local compost. Estate bottling proceeds without fining or filtration, followed by hand riddling. Vénus comes from one Avize parcel worked without heavy machinery and is bottled as a vintage Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs.
