The texture is soft and generous, while refined acidity gives the fruit definition through a lingering finish. An elegant aperitif, it also suits seared scallops, roast quail or freshwater fish.

About Champagne Cattier
Jean-Jacques and Alexandre Cattier, the twelfth and thirteenth generations of their family, make Armand de Brignac in the Montagne de Reims. The family's vineyards are centred on Rilly-la-Montagne, Chigny-les-Roses and Ludes.
Armand de Brignac was launched in 2006, reviving a name Nelly Cattier registered in the 1950s after encountering de Brignac in a novel. Fruit for the range is selected across Champagne.
