Mineral and expansive, opening with lemon, nougat and a subtle honeyed note over cool wet-clay and cold-earth tones. The palate is bone-dry and finely textured, with bright citrus, quiet savoury depth and a distinctly salty line. Crisp acidity carries the wine through a long, mouth-watering finish that feels vinous, precise and deeply composed.

About Vouette et Sorbée
Vouette et Sorbée is the Gautherot family's grower estate in Buxières-sur-Arce, in Champagne's Côte des Bar. Its five hectares have been certified organic and biodynamic since 1998. Pinot Noir is the main grape, with a growing share of Chardonnay.
The same team works in the vineyards and the cellar, harvesting by hand and pressing the grapes in a vertical Coquard press. Juice moves by gravity into casks or amphorae and ferments with native yeasts. The Champagnes are disgorged by hand without dosage.
