About Adria Vini
Adria Vini was established in 2003 by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero to make regional Italian wines. It works with private growers and cooperatives across Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia. The winemaking team follows each wine from grape selection through fermentation, maturation, blending and bottling, adapting the approach to local varieties and regional styles.
