Toppling Goliath Pompeii Mosaic IPA

Mosaic hops drive an expressive American IPA with mango, pineapple and floral aromatics. The palate is medium-bodied and fruit-led, with clear hop bitterness bringing structure beneath the tropical character. A fresh, lightly resinous finish keeps the beer focused rather than heavy. Serve cold with grilled burgers, spicy fried chicken, fish tacos, sharp cheddar or a richly topped pizza.

About Toppling Goliath Brewing Company
Clark and Barbara Lewey established Toppling Goliath in Decorah, Iowa, in 2009, following Clark’s early experiments as a homebrewer. Hop-forward ales and barrel-aged stouts became its two main specialities as the brewery grew beyond its local following. Its hop-forward beers explore individual hop varieties, including Citra and Mosaic, while the stout programme centres on extended barrel ageing.
