Domaine Ménard-Gaborit 2020 Ex Nihilo
$31.99
Melon de Bourgogne and Folle Blanche are among four varieties in the blend. Citrus flavours, minerality and taut acidity give the wine a lively, tight profile. Sauvignon also appears in the cuvée’s established composition. This dry white is classified as Vin de France, comes from the Nantes vineyard area in Loire-Atlantique and carries twelve percent alcohol. The profile also includes fresh fruit and aromatic richness.

About Domaine Ménard-Gaborit
Domaine Ménard-Gaborit's family story reaches back to 1734, with vines long established around the Moulin de la Minière at Monnières. The estate takes its name from Monique Gaborit and André Ménard, who brought their inheritances together on the Butte de la Minière. The sixth generation now carries on the family's work.
Near the meeting of the Sèvre and Maine, stony vineyards are planted mainly to Melon de Bourgogne. The vines are farmed organically, with biodiversity a focus. The range includes Muscadet, wines from individual parcels and the region's communal crus.
