Brown sugar and lightly charred oak lead a warm, focused nose. The palate is velvety, with vanilla and butterscotch layered over dried dark fruit, maple and dried citrus. A wheated mash bill brings softness through the centre, while toasted malt and new American oak provide structure. Bottled at 100 proof, it carries its weight with balance rather than heat. The finish is long, gently herbal and framed by sweet oak.
