Dorrance 2023 Rosé

Wild berries and fresh white peach meet a touch of spice and summer-fruit flavours. The palate is soft, and the wine remains easy to drink. Cinsault comes from a single vineyard in the Paardeberg. The fruit was fermented in stainless steel, then remained on its lees. The wine is dry, with 12.5 percent alcohol, 2.0 grams per litre of residual sugar and 6.9 grams per litre of total acidity.

About Dorrance Wines
French-born winemaker Christophe Durand started Dorrance Wines in 2000, five years after arriving in South Africa. He and Sabrina Durand own the winery, whose cellar and tasting room have occupied Heritage Square in central Cape Town since 2014.
Grapes from Cape vineyards are made into wine and matured in the city. Cellar choices include old French oak and stainless steel, with methods adapted to the different wines.
