Guillaume Vrignaud 2023 Chablis
$51.99
White flowers, green apple and lemongrass lead a bright, finely drawn profile. The palate is silken, with subtle lees texture set over a cool river-stone mineral line. Freshness carries the wine cleanly, giving the finish a snappy, lifted feel rather than weight. Precise and food-friendly, it pairs naturally with oysters, white fish, roast poultry or fresh goat cheese.

About Guillaume Vrignaud
The Vrignaud family planted its first vines around Fontenay-près-Chablis in 1955, but the domaine's modern chapter began when Guillaume moved the harvest from cooperative delivery toward estate bottling in 1999. From its base at Fontenay-près-Chablis, the domaine works across Petit Chablis, Chablis, several Premier Cru sites and Grand Cru Blanchot.
Most of the vineyards are farmed organically, with Mont de Milieu the exception. Guillaume favours lean Chablis, harvesting before the grapes become overripe. Natural fermentations, stainless steel and lees ageing feature in the cellar.
