Guillaume Vrignaud 2023 Petit Chablis
$42.99
Fresh citrus aromas set a clean, energetic tone, with ripe fruit adding gentle breadth. The palate is full-bodied yet lively, carrying its fruit with clarity and a crisp, composed finish. Straightforward and refreshing without feeling austere, it works equally well as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, grilled fish and lighter summer dishes.

About Guillaume Vrignaud
The Vrignaud family planted its first vines around Fontenay-près-Chablis in 1955, but the domaine's modern chapter began when Guillaume moved the harvest from cooperative delivery toward estate bottling in 1999. From its base at Fontenay-près-Chablis, the domaine works across Petit Chablis, Chablis, several Premier Cru sites and Grand Cru Blanchot.
Most of the vineyards are farmed organically, with Mont de Milieu the exception. Guillaume favours lean Chablis, harvesting before the grapes become overripe. Natural fermentations, stainless steel and lees ageing feature in the cellar.
