Raven’s Moon Ginger Perry

Fresh-pressed British Columbia pears are infused with fresh ginger for a robust yet finely balanced perry. Ripe pear fruit brings soft, rounded texture while the ginger contributes aromatic lift and a subtle thread of heat, keeping the finish lively and refreshing. Full juice and unpasteurized, it retains a direct, orchard-led character without artificial flavouring. Serve well chilled with sushi, spicy noodles, roast pork or soft, creamy cheese.

About Raven's Moon Estate Winery & Cider Worx
Raven’s Moon grew from Nature’s Way Farm near Courtenay, where George Ehrler and Marla Limousin have farmed since 2004. They opened Blue Moon Estate Winery in 2009, then launched Raven’s Moon cider in 2012. George went on to study cidermaking in Oregon, and their son Quinn has joined the cellar as a cidermaker. The family makes small batches from heritage cider apples and other British Columbia fruit, including fruit from its own farm.
