Expertly crafted and for 6 months in French Oak barrels. The Mistral is full-bodied, deliciously dry and features exquisite richness with pronounced ripe tropical fruit notes. It has a smooth, creamy body and ends with a long, citrus finish.
Pairs excellently with fish, mussels and clams, and soft cheese.

A silvery yellow, this wine is perfectly brilliant and clear. Exotic fruits and honeyed notes on the nose, a combination of delicacy and strength. The lively attack on the palate is in complete balance with the rich, fat structure. The finish is a caress of citrus fruits and a long vanilla sweetness, typical of grapes dried on the vine. This sweet wine has enormous potential. To be drunk cold at 8° to 10°C and pairs perfectly with foie gras and cheeses.

Low yields, hand harvesting and farmed according to organic principles. 9 months in vats on fine lees.
Aromas of pears, lemons, peaches and honey with floral and mineral hints. Great tension on the palate, which is pure with persistence and incredible precision. An easy wine to drink with well-balanced acidity and great structure.
Domaine Pelle Menetou-Salon Morogues 2018
Made from several parcels in the village of Morogues. Practicing organic, soils are plowed and completely hand-harvested. Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months.
A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.
