Red and blue plums are blended with a young Montmorency cherry cider in this wild-fermented Ontario release. Chamomile, nutmeg and sweet plum lead the aroma. The palate is easy, with a touch of acid and gentle salinity, while spiced cherry meets the soft, floral character of the plums. Cherry and plum-skin tannins add the documented texture.

About Revel Cider
Tariq Ahmed founded Revel in Guelph in 2014 after learning fermentation in the kitchen of an organic vegetable farm. Without orchards of its own, Revel buys fruit from Ontario growers and forages flowers and other botanicals as the seasons change.
Fermentation begins spontaneously with the organisms naturally present, rather than with added cultured yeast. The range includes cider, wine, vermouth and blends of cider and wine.
