Green apple, pear and key lime open with clean brightness, followed by nutmeg, subtle oak and a light coconut accent. The palate has generous fruit and measured weight, but crisp acidity keeps the texture focused and energetic. Citrus carries through the middle, while restrained oak adds shape without overwhelming the wine. Serve lightly chilled with roast chicken, butter-poached shellfish, grilled halibut or creamy vegetable dishes.

About B Cellars
B Cellars grew from a chance meeting between Jim Borsack and Duffy Keys in 2002, when both were looking beyond established careers in luxury retail and hospitality. They launched their Napa winery in 2003 with a focus on blends designed to accompany food; Kirk Venge made the first vintage.
Their winery on Oakville Cross Road also welcomes visitors. Blends remain central to the range, alongside single-vineyard wines sourced from across Napa Valley.
