Pale yellow and green hues accompany grapefruit, kiwi, fennel and a vanillin thread. Yellow grapefruit, lime zest and ripe pear meet toasted oak, round richness and creaminess. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and subtle new French oak, followed by five months of sur-lie maturation before the final blend is assembled. The estate vineyard lies in Napa Valley.
