The palate is bold yet controlled, layering toffee, dried fruit and roasted nuts over a creamy malt texture. Partial finishing in Irish Imperial stout casks adds a roasted, gently bitter edge that sits naturally beside the peat. The finish is long and warming, with smoke gradually giving way to lingering sweetness. Serve neat, or add a small amount of water to open the darker malt and cask notes.
