The palate is creamy and fruit-led, moving from blueberry and strawberry toward apple, citrus peel and a light touch of spearmint. A house blend of bourbon, rye, malt and corn whiskeys gives the whiskey a supple texture and a distinctive grain character. The finish grows breadier and gently spiced, balancing fruit sweetness with a clean herbal lift. Serve neat or in a spirit-forward cocktail.
