Chamomile and ocean rose lift ripe cherry and Muscat fruit, with grapefruit rind and tarragon adding a bitter, herbal edge. The palate is sweet but not heavy, balancing floral richness with citrus freshness and the clean bite of wormwood. Serve chilled over ice with an orange twist, lengthen with soda, or pair with salty snacks and firm cheese.

About Revel Cider
Tariq Ahmed founded Revel in Guelph in 2014 after learning fermentation in the kitchen of an organic vegetable farm. Without orchards of its own, Revel buys fruit from Ontario growers and forages flowers and other botanicals as the seasons change.
Fermentation begins spontaneously with the organisms naturally present, rather than with added cultured yeast. The range includes cider, wine, vermouth and blends of cider and wine.
