Bright straw yellow with green reflections, the white wine combines white-fleshed fruit, wildflowers and light citrus notes. The palate is fresh and savoury, with good structure and persistent mineral character. Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by about ten months on fine lees in steel with periodic bâtonnage.
