Dark cherry and strawberry meet earth, cracked pepper and a quiet thread of vanilla. Medium-bodied with fine tannins, the palate combines ripe fruit with fresh acidity and a gently plush texture. Tea, clove and anise add savoury complexity through the finish. Pair with duck, roast chicken, salmon or mushroom dishes.
