Pale yellow with golden highlights, showing citrus, green apple and flint. Taut and mineral, the Chardonnay has vivid acidity, fine texture, lemon, chalk and a long saline finish. Vines in the Vincelles plot grow on limestone and gryphées within the Côtes du Jura. Grapes are pressed directly into small neutral oak, then spend eleven months on lees.
