Deep garnet colour accompanies fresh redcurrant, peppered chocolate, mineral notes and white pepper. The wine is full-bodied, with rounded fruit, fine tannins and a long finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc make up the blend. Grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, and maturation lasts fourteen months in oak barrels. Alcohol is 13.8 percent.
